• Deadline for financial support application for young scientists from Russia (abstract and registration form are required): January 15, 2004.
• Deadline for the abstract submission: February 1, 2004.
  
• Deadline for submission of a visa form (required to issue the invitation to Russia): February 1, 2004 (please, look visa information).
• Notification of acceptance: March 15, 2004.
  
• Deadline for the paper submission (for plenary lectures, minisymposia, and invited by the Editorial Board papers): June 24, 2004.
